We are a full service home construction company. Since 1992, we have provided custom home building, home remodeling, home improvement, fire and water damage repair and renovation services throughout Richland and surrounding counties. We are a preferred provider and specialize in home repairs and renovations due to storm damage, fire or smoke damage, water damage, and much more.
We began as a new-home construction contracting company in 1993. Since then, we have served 10 counties in and around Richland County, providing high-quality service and production to both homeowners and businesses. We are fully-insured and a member of the Better Business Bureau, Building Industry Association and National Federation of Independent Business.

Home Restoration Specialists
Our friendly receptionists will help you get started. Our contractors will then go to the work site and give you an estimate. Unlike other construction companies, we take an active role with your insurance company to ensure you won’t have any surprises. We will work with directly with the insurance adjuster to explain what needs done. Once the job is authorized, our project manager and crew will get to work!
